July Janssen is a Dutch actress fluent in Dutch and English, based in Amsterdam, with over 15 years of experiencein film and television. She completed her training at the film actors academy amsterdam (faaam) and over the last decade explored techniques such as Method acting, Meisner, Stanislavski and Uta Hagen.

Her credits include Loverboy Amsterdam, Het leven is verrukkulluk, April May and June, Flikken Rotterdam, De Spa and GTST. More recent leading roles include Ila, a homeless drug addict in In Love Again, a dual role in Last Days, and Fay in the upcoming feature Rebel Dogs.

July is drawn to roles that are both physically and emotionally demanding, always seeking depth and staying connected to the human vulnerability at the heart of each character.
